Terms of Service

DataQuiz is an educational platform that offers interactive quizzes, progress tracking, achievements, and learning tools across topics such as science, history, mathematics, technology, biology, and psychology. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated, expanded, or limited over time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content at scale, upload malicious code, harass other users, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion to keep the platform safe and useful.

Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing, billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or lifetime), and what each plan includes are described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Account Settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period (see Refund Policy).

Lifetime access grants ongoing access to content that is part of the platform under these Terms. It does not grant ownership of content, source code, or rights to unrelated future products.

"Credits" are internal access units used inside DataQuiz to take quizzes or unlock certain features. Credits have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, gifted, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for real-world goods or services. Unused monthly credits do not constitute a debt owed by DataQuiz.

XP, levels, ranks, streaks, achievements, certificates, and progress bonuses are educational motivation features. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, or external benefits.

DataQuiz is an educational platform. It does not offer gambling, betting, lotteries, prize draws, chance-based games, cash prizes, financial rewards, or virtual currency that can be exchanged for real-world value.

DataQuiz certificates and achievements are personal progress indicators only. They are NOT official academic qualifications, degrees, professional licenses, or credentials recognized by any governmental, educational, or professional accrediting body.

Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service, including quizzes, questions, design, brand, code, and other materials, is owned by DataQuiz or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for educational purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without prior written permission.

If the Service allows you to submit content (such as feedback or profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to anything you submit.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of educational content, or uninterrupted availability. Quiz content is for learning and entertainment and should not be relied on as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataQuiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You can delete your account from Account Settings at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we are required to suspend for legal reasons. On deletion, your personal data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of DataQuiz, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country grant you additional rights, those rights apply.
