1. 14-day refund window for new subscriptions
If you purchase a monthly or yearly DataQuiz subscription for the first time, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have not made substantial use of premium content (we define "substantial use" as completing more than 5 premium quizzes in that window).
2. Renewals
Renewals are not automatically refundable. Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date from Account Settings.
If a renewal is charged unexpectedly because cancellation did not complete on time, contact us within 7 days and we will review the request in good faith.
3. Lifetime purchases
Lifetime purchases can be refunded within 14 days if you have completed fewer than 10 premium quizzes since purchase. After that window, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
4. Credit packs
One-time credit packs are refundable within 7 days only if no credits from the pack have been used. Partial refunds are not provided once credits from a pack have been consumed.
5. Credits are not money
Credits are internal access units used inside DataQuiz. They have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash, and are not refundable separately from the original pack they were purchased in.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@dataquiz.app from the address on your account, include your order ID or the email used to purchase, and briefly describe the reason. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
7. Mandatory consumer rights
This Refund Policy is provided in addition to any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights granted to you by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Those rights are not affected by this policy.
8. Non-monetary platform features
DataQuiz is an educational platform. It does not offer gambling, betting, lotteries, prize draws, chance-based games, cash prizes, financial rewards, or virtual currency that can be exchanged for real-world value.
