What are Credits?
Credits are internal access units used inside DataQuiz to take quizzes or unlock certain features. They are not currency.
Do Credits have monetary value?
No. Credits have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash or external goods.
Can XP be exchanged for money?
No. XP, levels, ranks, and streaks are educational progress indicators. They cannot be converted to money or any external benefit.
Are achievements, ranks, or streaks financial rewards?
No. They are motivation features that recognise learning progress only. DataQuiz does not offer gambling, betting, lotteries, prize draws, or cash prizes.
Are DataQuiz certificates official academic qualifications?
No. DataQuiz certificates recognise personal learning progress on our platform. They are not degrees, accredited courses, or professional licences.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Account Settings and click "Manage subscription". You can cancel any time; cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current period.
How do I request a refund?
Email our support team within the refund window described in the Refund Policy. We aim to respond within two business days.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account Settings → Delete Account. We will permanently remove your profile, quiz attempts, achievements, certificates, and other personal data.
